    The winery’s tasting room with wall-to-wall windows has a commercial kitchen and an expansive patio with 180’ views over the vineyards across miles of countryside framed by the Santa Lucia Mountain Range. The tasting room also has a private executive tasting room, bathrooms and offices.

    With green design and state-of-art technology, the 19,000+/- square foot winery maintains year round cool temperatures. An inspiring cathedral-like room is fitted with gleaming stainless steel tanks. There are 3 underground barrel storage vaults. The crush pad is designed to optimize the processing of quality fruit.

    In order to bottle estate-grown wines and to take advantage of the wide range of grape varieties that grow in the EL Pomar District of the Paso Robles AVA, the about 45 acre vineyard is planted with 16 varietals. Designed for quality grapes with depth of character, the vineyard is planted in seven foot rows with 3 and 4 foot plant spacing

    The main residence is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath 4550+/- square feet home. The grounds feature a pool, wisteria covered arbor, a covered and protected outdoor entertainment area with fireplace, bocce ball court and a raised-bed vegetable garden.

    Additional structures include a 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1000+/- square foot guest house with garage and a 2970+/- square foot equipment barn with a 2 bedroom and 1 bath manager’s quarters.

    The domestic well has been tested at 60+/- GPM and the agricultural well at 250+/- GPM.
